THIS IS HOW WE DO IT
STEP 1
MEASURE
MEET & GREET
The first thing we do is set up a meeting to measure your space.
We will be asking lots of questions to get a feel for your personal likes and dislikes . You may have inspirational pictures to share with us so we get to know your taste.
STEP 2
DESIGN & LAYOUT
Once we have all the measurements and a good understanding of the project; the next step is to draw it up! We work closely with a designer that will collaborate with you directly until you are satisfied with the 3D drawings of your new space.
STEP 3
BUILD IN SHOP
Once the drawings have been approved by the client, the materials will be ordered. Then Dusty starts on his cut list. First, he builds the toe kick for the cabinets to sit on. After he has cut all the cabinet parts, he does the edge banding. Next, to dado all the parts. At this point, custom shelving and racks will be built. The cabinets are assembled and of course, the final step--prime and paint.
This process can take up to 1 month from the moment the materials are ordered.
STEP 4
INSTALL
Then we will schedule an install date with you. This is co-ordinated so that the demolition, plumbing and electrical, and wall painting have all been done before we get there to install.
The day of the install we will arrive with all the cabinets already built and ready to be screwed in place. The install process can take up to a week.
